Through our strategic partnership with the Public Security Directorate (PSD) and the Vocational Training Corporation, we provide inmates, ex-inmates, and their families with professional-grade skills in fields such as sewing, wood and metalcraft, food production, and more.
Every graduate earns certified skills designed for immediate employment upon release. For those serving longer sentences, PSD facilitate the sale of their products through the PSD e-commerce store, allowing them to support their families financially while still inside.
We believe that intensive focus is a form of therapy. By engaging the mind in complex tasks that require time and effort, we help inmates move away from overthinking, depression, and cycles of revenge. Mastering a craft fosters a sense of pride and shifts the mindset from criminality to creativity.
When an inmate is unable or unwilling to learn, we extend our training to their families. This creates a ripple effect of support; when an inmate sees their loved ones working to build a better future, it often touches their heart and ignites their own desire to change and grow.
